Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) is the world leader of the management of business trips.  CWT launches the VIPITM Knowledge Management, a new tool of internal communication signed NOVACOM.  It allows its 22.000 employees around the world to get better adapted to the values of the mark and to facilitate their comprehension of the offer, following a repositioning carried out in 2007.

A video accompanies the 22 000 employees of the group, in six languages (German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese Brazilian), to present the new identity of the mark, to render comprehensible the stakes and to encourage the appropriation to it.

This initiative is an improvement in internal communication for NOVACOM. Generally, the companies implement such a strategy to be addressed to the external audiences, and in particular in a context of commercial conquest. This project undertaken by CWT reveals the stakes of division and a strong and coherent appropriation of identity with which are confronted today the international companies whose collaborators are divided throughout the world.

In this context, Images, sounds, texts, photographs, vidéos, 3d and interactivity are tools to communicate the most important internal messages. The VIPITM Knowledge Management is at the same time a teaching aid for its users.  According to Céline Guerton, International marketing director of CWT “This device innovating and flexible is an essential component of the deployment of the new strategy of the company and falls under the context of a strong growth that we knew these three last years”
